Fairfield Inn and Suites Naples Downtown is owned and operated by the Marriott Hotel Chain. It is a four-story, 108 rooms, 13 suites hotel with an 800 sq. ft. meeting space.
Its location at the corner of Fifth Avenue South and Davis Blvd makes it convenient for business or vacation travel. The hotel is close to the Naples Airport and may be reached by using the Golden Gate Parkway exit on I-75 west to Airport-Pulling Road and then south to Davis Boulevard, turning left to where it intersects with Fifth Avenue.
On-site parking is complimentary. You are within walking distance to many of the downtown Old Naples highlights such as Tin City, Bayfront, and Fifth Avenue South shops, galleries and restaurants. Third Street and the Naples Pier, a must see for all visitors, are also close-by but within a short driving distance.
General room amenities include an oversized, comfortable, and clean guest room with mini fridge, safe, and a pull-out sofa bed plus all of the usual amenities. Each room has a microwave oven, refrigerator, table and chairs. The Fairfield only allows service animals for persons with disabilities.
