Just had lunch at Agave and am totally impressed. We were given free chips and chipotle salsa which was absolutely delicious. For an appetizer, my daughter and I shared a Quesadilla with rock shrimp, roasted pepper and scallion, and jack cheese. It was served with tomatillo-jalapeno salsa and chipotle crema; yummy! I chose the Enchiladas de Pollo and my daughter chose Taco with Grouper. The entrees were enormous. It included black beans, red rice, and wonderfully warm jalapeno-cheddar corn cake. Fabulous food, decor, and staff. We both loved it, highly recommend it, and we will be back!
