Parking in Naples is free except for beach areas and hotels. The downtown Fifth Avenue area has two free parking garages for your convenience.

They are both located on 8th Street and at the corners of 4th Avenue South and 6th Avenue South. Parking is usually free most places, however, some hotels do charge.

Naples FL Parking Permits for the beach areas are available to full-time residents or part-time property owners of Naples or Collier County.

These permits allow free parking for all City and County beaches. Without a permit, you can expect to pay from $4 to $8 a day for beach and boat launch locations.

In some areas, parking meters are installed and most of these require coins or credit cards and charge $.25 for 20 minutes.

Near the pier, at the end of 12th Ave South, it is $.25 for 10 minutes or $1.50 an hour.

Vanderbilt Beach parking garage is $8 without a permit and Clam Pass County Park is $8 but it has an enjoyable tram ride on a boardwalk through the mangroves to arrive at the Beach.

Delnor Wiggins is a State Park and, therefore, has an admission fee of $6 per vehicle with up to 8 people; $4 for single occupant vehicle, and $2 for pedestrians, bicyclists, extra passengers, and passengers in vehicle with holder of Annual Individual Entrance Pass.

Their boat ramp fee is $5 plus tax in addition to admission fee.
